You have probably seen and heard people playing the game of
craps. It might seem a little intimidating to you with all of
the noise and the action but craps is a great game to play for
a number of reasons. You should not be afraid to play the game

When you start to play craps you want to keep it very simple
so just make a pass-line bet. You are just betting that the
shooter will roll either a 7 or an 11 on his first roll or make
the number he rolls again before rolling a 7. You want to start
your play before the shooter has his come-out roll. Then you
are in action until the shooter wins or loses. This is a very
simple way to start playing craps.
The reason you want to start with a pass-line bet when you
first play craps is that the house advantage is about 1.5%.
Compared to most of the other bets in the casino you are getting
a great price. Once you make your pass-line bet you can then
take odds behind the bet once the shooter has rolled. If he
rolls a 7 or an 11 you immediately win and odds are not needed
but if he rolls any other number other than a 2 or 12 which
are losers, you can place another bet (odds) behind the number.
Craps is simply one of the best casino games to play and one
that you should not be afraid to play.
